Hey, another great one Mike. I was just listening to Greenspan’s jazz album “Greenspan Plays the Greens” and he really has a feel for the 12 bar greens. My favorite is “Thriving on the Greens” but I also liked “Greens for Alice.” On the back of the album he says he learned to play the greens from an old greens musician from New Orleans back in the day. Man, you sure pegged Al Gore, no mercy but true.

Too right about Greenspan's sudden conversion on tax cuts. But way off base to call this 'Al Gore' disease. Al Gore has always spoken his mind. Remember? That's one reason why his 2000 election numbers were low enough to be overturned by the Supremes. And everything he did ever say was twisted out of context by rightwingnuts.
I think the person you're really thinking of would be Colin 'I really sorry about lying to the UN six years ago' Powell. Everybody wants to clear their name and disassociate from the BushCo administration, but Powell's attempt is the most belated and ludicrous to date. -
