The Chicago tribune has a roundup where 12 writers of note are asked if they plan to read Harry Potter V. Verdict: they are split down the middle. However, in a shocking display that must have been orchestrated by the reporter, each one of them makes a point to say "...and of course I won't be reading those awful parodies! They eat it."
